Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Gladiator Rising 2 mobile application (the "Service") operated by Happii Gamer Studio Inc. ("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Refers to Gladiator Rising 2, the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device.

Refers to Happii Gamer Studio Inc., 555 Renoir, Saint-Constant, QC, J5A 0S2, Canada.

Service Refers to the Application.

You Means the individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

Happii Gamer Studio Inc. grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to, and You will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make it available to any third party.

  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

  • Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the Company or its affiliates.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Happii Gamer Studio Inc. and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

 

4. User Accounts

If you create an account within the Service, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

 

5. Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Happii Gamer Studio Inc.

The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Happii Gamer Studio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

  • Any content obtained from the Service;

  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

 

8. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
Happii Gamer Studio Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
